We started LogFirm because we believed IT admins and MSPs deserved better than juggling a dozen M365 consoles. They deserved one pane of glass.

Our Story

From twelve admin centers to one pane of glass

In 2021, our founding team was running IT for a mid-market tenant with 8,000 seats. We bounced between Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Purview, Intune, Teams admin, and a half dozen more portals every single day. Onboarding a new hire took an hour of manual checklists. Audit investigations meant exporting CSVs from three places and joining them in Excel.

We realized the M365 admin experience was fundamentally fragmented. Microsoft built great individual services, but no one built a unified control plane for the people who actually operate them. So we built LogFirm -- audit, tenant management, and workflow automation in a single portal, designed for IT teams and MSPs instead of against them.

Today, LogFirm manages 1,800+ tenants for IT teams and MSPs across 30 countries. Admins save an average of 14 hours per week on routine tasks, and our unified audit index makes 9 billion M365 events searchable in seconds.

Every feature we build must make an admin's day shorter. If it doesn't remove clicks, context switches, or manual steps, it doesn't ship.

We design around the people who actually run M365 -- not the people who buy it. Our product decisions are measured in admin hours saved, tickets closed, and portals replaced, not in feature counts.

Every action LogFirm takes on your tenant is itself logged, attributable, and reversible. No black boxes, no silent changes.

We treat our own audit trail as a product feature, not an afterthought. Every admin action, workflow run, and API call is written to an immutable log, exportable to your SIEM, and undoable within the retention window.

MSP-Grade Multi-Tenant

Single-tenant IT shouldn't feel like an afterthought, and MSPs managing fifty tenants shouldn't have to log in fifty times.

Multi-tenant is a first-class primitive at LogFirm, not a bolted-on feature. Cross-tenant search, bulk workflows, and per-customer RBAC work the same whether you manage one tenant or two hundred.
